Collection Development Policy:

The collections of the People's Virtual Library are continuously developed from current, appropriate web-based news sources. The librarian and the collection development team, composed of participants from Occupy Youngstown, Occupy Warren, and at-large members, select materials to submit to the librarian, who makes final development decisions and updates collection pages with the added item's title, publisher, publication date, and URL.
